Prior to law school, Mr. Burrell was an equities market maker and institutional salesman. Mr. Burrell has over eight years capital markets experience on Wall Street.

Mr. Gerowitz received his BA in Creative Writing from Brooklyn College in
1971 and his JD from Touro Law School (Evening Division) in 1997. He is admitted to the Bar of the State of New York and the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Illinois and the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York. Mr. Gerowitz was a Department Head in the Directory Division of a Fortune 1000 data processing company for sixteen years, during the last four of which he attended Law School.

Mr. Kurtz is admitted to the New York State Bar, the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York and the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
